For over 15 years Elijah has served his clients with a smile. In the fitness industry turnover is the name of the game. Only the strong survive. Similar to exercise, a great foundation is paramount to success. The following are details about his formal education foundation. Also a description of how his evolving pursuit of first hand knowledge via different physical pursuits. Elijah combines those two forces and applies a great depth of understanding to a variety of training avenues. This desire to optimize training strategies was both self interested, and client focused. Rather than concentrating on a niche Elijah has chosen to cast a wide net in order to feel confident addressing any concern or goal any client has.

The foundation of his formal education is a B.S. in exercise physiology from Chico State, next was Equinox fitness training institute, a 2 year as the fitness manager their teaching program design, followed by countless certifications including kettlebell ViPR, Pre and post natal, and many more.

Elijah learns by doing. He is an Oregon state champion in the 100m and 4x100m. Then moved on to compete at the collegiate level which gave him access to world class coaching. With an eye on the future he was always observing what they were teaching and why.

Of course not everyone is a sprinter, most of us are just trying to get stronger and fell better. Which is why the rest of his life up to now has been about exploring the human machine and applying that knowledge to better serve his clientele. Strength training, body recomposition, obstacle course racing, rock climbing, mountaineering, and most recently golf have served as vehicles of exploration.
